Registration

  • This is for the one (1) free conference registration allotted to NMRPA member agencies that have between 5-10 members. A registration code is required to register. Please contact Doug McDaniel at (575) 397-9293 or dmcdaniel@hobbsnm.gov for your registration code.
  • This is for up to two (2) free conference registrations allotted to NMRPA member agencies that have between 11-20 members. A registration code is required to redeem the free registrations. If you have not received your free registration code please contact Doug McDaniel at (575) 397-9293 or dmcdaniel@hobbsnm.gov
  • This is for up to three (3) free conference registrations allotted to NMRPA member agencies that have between 21-30 members. A registration code is required to redeem the free registrations. If you have not received your free registration code please contact Doug McDaniel at (575) 397-9293 or dmcdaniel@hobbsnm.gov
  • This is for up to four (4) free conference registrations allotted to NMRPA member agencies that have 31+ members. A registration code is required to redeem the free registrations.   • One ticket to the NMRPA Awards Banquet IS INCLUDED WITH YOUR CONFERENCE REGISTRATION. This is for those who wish to bring a guest, or for those who wish to pay to attend (registration type is not eligible for attendance).
  • This registration type is for all those who wish to register for the 2026 NMRPA State Conference and who are not, or whose agency is not, a current member of NMRPA.
  • This registration is for those who wish to register for one (1) day of the Conference, and who are not current members, or whose agencies are not current members of NMRPA.

The 2026 NMRPA State Conference, presented by ExerPlay, is returning to Hobbs, the site of the 2019, 2022, and 2024 NMRPA State Conferences! The 2026 State Conference will be held at the CORE (Center of Recreational Excellence), the City's $63.5 million/158,000 sq. ft. multi-generational recreation center that opened in 2018.

The 2026 State Conference will be a great opportunity for learning, networking, and fun! Top-notch presenters will lead a total of 18 different educational sessions. Exhibitors from throughout the Parks and Recreation Industry will be on-site to share their products and services. The social events and other activities planned for State Conference attendees are guaranteed to make the fun-meter explode! 

The Preliminary 2026 NMRPA State Conference Schedule of Events is posted on the NMRPA website, and is still subject to change. 

State Conference highlights currently include:

  • October 14th: The Keynote Address by Maddie Rooney, Gold-Medal winning goalie for the 2018 United States Women's National Team in Ice Hockey in PyeongChang, South Korea when Maddie was just 20 years old! Team USA had not won a Gold Medal in Women's Ice Hockey in 20 years until the 2018 Team defeated Team Canada. The Keynote Address will take place during the NMRPA Awards Banquet that evening.
  • October 14th & 15th: The dynamic Educational Sessions begin highlighted by Annie Frisoli returning to the NMRPA State Conference to lead her Working Genius training. This was a huge hit with everyone who attended this training during the NMRPA's 2026 Tour Stop Trainings in Farmington, Albuquerque, Las Cruces and Hobbs. 
  • October 16th: The 2026 State Conference will conclude at approximately 11:00am with the NMRPA Annual Meeting and everyone who attends will receive a FREE Grab N' Go Meal to help get you started on your way back home.
